Each user is entitled to one free trial per account. Multiple free trials using different email addresses or payment methods are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time:
When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle based on the price difference between your old and new plans. Your next billing date remains the same.
When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the difference in price between plans.
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and offer a discount compared to monthly billing. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to annual subscriptions, but only for the first 30 days after the initial purchase.
If you cancel an annual subscription after the 30-day guarantee period, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription. However, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your annual billing period.
You can update your payment method at any time through your account settings. If your payment method fails and we are unable to process your subscription payment, your account may be suspended until payment is received. We will attempt to contact you via email before suspending your account.

Enterprise plans have custom terms and conditions that may differ from this standard Return Policy. If you have an Enterprise plan, please refer to your service agreement or contact your account manager for information about cancellations and refunds.
Before cancelling your subscription, we recommend exporting your data. You can export your data at any time through your account settings. After your subscription is cancelled, you will have 30 days to export your data before it may be permanently deleted.
We are not responsible for any data loss that occurs after your subscription has been cancelled and the 30-day grace period has expired.
